It is a small, woody shrub in the family  of Araliaceae. It has been noted that Eleutherocuccus can reach heights of as much as 10 feet tall. herb has anywhere from three to seven leaves and each leaf appears somewhat “toothed.” The plant also has tiny thorns.  Siberian Ginseng is native to Northeastern Asia-  China, Japan, Korea and Russia. In fol medicine it was mainly used  to balance the bodily balance, stimulate the  appetite. It was well known for its capability to suppress the  fatigue, to to improve memory function and increase the longevity. It is believed that ginseng may  to improve endurance, increase bodily vigor and stamina, may also be helpful with certain sexual dysfunctions. It was reported that Siberian Ginseng may help in fighting  with the process of aging, improving the function of the adrenal glands and reducing the symptoms associated with anxiety and stress.
